Description: Vintage Tyco/Mantua Steam Locomotive: I think this is a Mantua release from the 1980s blue box era, but not sure. Here is a The General 4-4-0 in W&A black. As with the other one I posted, it runs (tested with leads), but the top surfaces are dirty either from a poor weathering attempt or from smoke residue from a fire. It does not smell that I can discern. This one has also lost it's headlight and the bell is bent over; I was worried it might snap off if I tried to move it back into place.
