Description: Vintage Blackhawk Bullet Style Tool Box It is splattered with paint. It has a few dings on the outside and is scratched up. The handle has a two inch spot where it has been changed down. The hinge is off a bit. There is a replacement screw for the foot that is bent on the bottom. There is surface rust on the inside. Other than that, it is in very good shape for the age. No tools.
