Description: Offered is this vintage certificate from the Veterans of World War I of the USA, Inc., Department of Georgia, the "Department Commander's Special Award". The certificate is unused. The back is blank. I don't know how old it is; the organization began in 1948 but the last member died in 2011. At the time of original listing I had several of these for sale. This may be a rare find; I could not find any others for sale on eBay. Each certificate is approx. 11" x 8 1/2". All are in good condition, with no tears, holes or creases. All have varying degrees of browning and light foxing and some light wrinkling. Please take a moment to look at some of the other items in my eBay store!
