The top is glossy and the bottom is pebbly. There is no makers mark or label, so I don’t know who made it or where. The dish is 6” square by 2” tall at the points. This piece is in nice condition with no chips or cracks that I can see. There are some minor scratches on the bottom. All my items are sold AS IS regardless of the condition.
