Description: Beautiful Blue Forest Petrified Wood Heavy Polished Slab! Weighs about 6 lbs 12 oz!! Exterior is comprised almost entirely of the ancient algae blue forest is known for. The polished surface shows all sorts of ring details, ring remnants, and other wildly interesting designs by nature. The color variation is, in part, a byproduct of being naturally bleached in the sun. Measures about 5 inches long. The front is about 3 x 5 inches with the actual polished surface being about 3 x 2 3/4 inches. The bottom is rough and the slab easily rests angled on a level surface. Conceivably, if you have a saw you can probably get 3 - 4 good cuts out of this specimen. Very nice. Polish is superb and the specimen is overall unique and beautiful. I use very professional camera equipment and the color is true on my end. If there is some variation from how ebay shows the photographs, I cannot change this problem.
