Description: Pictured is an early blue & white stenciled Wildflower meat tenderizer offered for sale. The stoneware meat tenderizer is stenciled on both sides. An uncommon shape & form for blue & white stoneware by comparison to the variety of pitchers, salts, & butters that exist. The tenderizer is in excellent condition retaining all its "teeth". No nicks, no hairlines..... It measures 3 1/2" in height, 11" in length, & dates from 1905 - 1925. It was produced by Brush McCoy Pottery in southeastern Ohio. It has a nice walnut turned handle.....
