BMA stands for B Military Administration, which was a temporary puppet government that looked after Malaya after WW2. On the back the cover says "Woon Bros Co, Manufacturers' Representatives 15, Roberts Lane S'pore". The cover is used and has a piece missing on the top back side of the cover.
