Made from Tan color stiff HIPS plastic and feature rolling wheels.These Plastic Army Men accessories were first produced in 1958 by LOUIS MARX AND COMPANY for their legendary Battleground Military Playsets and were included in numerous sets spanning many years. The original version was spring loaded and was changed to a non-firing version later on to comply with safety laws. The axle was also changed at some point from a single metal axle to integrated plastic axles.
