The Boss bottom plate gives you a nice flat surface to attach your Velcro. Recessed around the screws for when you need a flat surface and not have the screws protrude**. Compatible with mounts like the Temple Templeboards. Made of sturdy corrosion resistant aluminum with a polymer protective coating on one side. It's light weight and fits nice and a lot like the original bottom plate but just flat. This also makes a great replacement bottom if you lost or bought a pedal that didn't have a bottom plate. *Velcro not included **Some older Boss pedals have a slightly taller screw head and it may protrude a tiny bit.
