Description: I purchased several of these item sets many years ago at an estate sale and have not had the time to do anything with them. After careful consideration, I have decided to list them with the hopes that someone out there may have the time and be able to use them for a craft project. With that said, you are looking at a set of what I believe to be handmade/hand sewn decorations that are made of cloth. I also believe that the items are filled with some sort of cotton except for the bows which are just cloth. Since I bought them used, I am not sure how old they are or who made them.These items are accented in a country Amish theme and include a bow, a set of three sheep, a basket, a man and woman, and three cloth flowers, butterflies, and leaves. All of the items have velcro on the back. The velcro is only one sided and does not hook onto anything. It looks like it has been hot glued or super glued onto the item. The velcro cannot be removed but the items can still be sewn on or glued onto another item to decorate it or velcro can be purchased and added to something else in order to attach the pieces to it.Included with this auction are:1.) A handmade cloth bow that measures approximately 7 inches tall including the braided portion and 10 inches wide. The strands that run down are braided with three different designs of material that match the rest of the set. I have tacked the bottom of both ends of the bow so they didn't unravel on the way to their destination. I'm sure the bottoms need to be trimmed, and shaped but have left that up to the buyer. There is a round plastic hoop that someone has crudely sewn thread on that will allow the bow to hang. 2.) A man and a woman that are sewn together and appear to be Amish. The man is dressed in a brown flowered material with a matching hat. He has what looks like a beard on his face and is wearing a brown ribbon belt with a button sewn onto the front. The woman is dressed in a white and pink flowered pattern and wearing a pink flowered bonnet with a pink ribbon. She has brown hair and pink cheeks. They measure approximately 8 inches tall and 6 3/4 inches wide at the widest point.3.) A brown flowered basket with a single flower inside. There is a green pipe cleaner being used as the stem. The leaves are white with a flowered pattern. The basket handle has been braided and is not perfectly round. It has been sewn to the top of the flower. There are pink ribbons on each side of the basket handles. This item measures approximately 9 inches tall and 8 1/2 inches wide measured across the longest portion of the basket handle.4.) Three sheep that are glued together. They are white and fluffy and have a brown ribbon around their necks and white and pink flowers attached to the ribbon. Their faces, ears, and feet are made of a pink flowered material. They measure approximately 5 1/2 inches tall and 7 inches wide.5.) Three butterflies that are accented in flowered material. Each butterfly has a pipe cleaner that is being used as their antennas. They measure approximately 2 1/2 inches tall and 2 inches wide. 6.) Three flowers that are accented in flowered material with each one having a different round material in the center. They measure approximately 2 inches tall and 2 1/4 inches wide. 7.) Three leaves that are accented in flowered material that matches the rest of the set. Each leaf has a piece of brown ribbon hanging from it that I believe is supposed to be the stem. They measure approximately 3 3/4 inches tall measured with the brown ribbon stem and 2 1/4 inches wide. The item you see is the item you will receive.
