Description: This is a figure of a boy running with his kite. It is a reproduction cast in tin from a scarce original cast iron figure (Grey Iron, c.1940s) and is hand-painted by Leddy & Slack. The figure measures about 2" tall. In keeping with the original piece, the kite is made of heavy red card, and the string is a 6" length of thin wire that can be adjusted to the desired position. Leddy & Slack figures are cast tin, hand-painted, and contain no lead. All our figures are proudly manufactured in New York State. We also offer restoration and repainting services at reasonable rates.
