Description: These were my father's, and I'm almost 70! He was a scout in the late 30's and early 1940s. I can't be sure exactly which year these are from. Barely legible on the ribbon is "Member Conference of Cities". The medallion represents Saint Louis, Missouri. There is also a pin that says "Pageant". My dad kept these two together, so I am assuming they belong together. I'm hoping there is someone out there who collects these and will give them a good home.
