The Boys' and Girls' Club Work Clothing Record is in Very Good condition; the Clothing Club Project document is in Good condition. The paper quality for each one is cream-colored. The Clothing Record measures approx. 6" x 9 1/2". The text is sharp, crisp and dark. The front side has "ok" written in ink at the top left-hand corner, there are creases - including one from the left- to right-hand side at the top edge; there are some light stains at both the top left- and right-hand sides, one to the left of the logo, and one outside the double border at the right-hand side; the bottom left-hand corner has two creases - the outermost one is approx. 1 3/4"; the back page has wrinkling/crinkling at the top edge, some staining and the same length crease as mentioned on the front side, 'B1 4-' is written in pencil at the top right-had corner. The Clothing Club Project, which measures approx. 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", has an uneven fold; the text is light and not sharp or crisp; the front spine center edge has an approx. 1/2" tear and a few creases in other areas, the top right-hand corner has an approx. 1/4" tear with paper fold back, the right-hand edge has some tears - the biggest approx. 1/8", the bottom edge has four tears with some paper fold back, the bottom right-hand corner is dog-eared; the back side has a few tears at the left-hand edge - the biggest approx. 1/2" near the center, the right-hand side also has a few tears - the biggest approx. 3/8" near the center.
