Description: Please feel free to make an offer. A BR (M) British Rail Railway Vintage Lantern or Lamp. I believe the M might stand for Midland. A nice example which would complement your Railway or lamp collection. In expected used condition for a vintage lamp of this nature. There's some minor surface rust. It's had a quick wipe over but will clean up much better including the glass. The inner silver tank slides out. The chimney vent is on a chain so that opens & closes on the wire handle. It has both BR (M) embossed on both the lamp & inner tank. You'll have to take your chances with the glass being posted as I can't guarantee it however I will pack it really well for posting unless you could collect it. Approx just under 15" tall at its highest point which includes the wire handle being in an upright position.
