First in the "From the Heart Collection" Description: This is another beautiful example of the Limited Edition items Bradford is known for. The verse from Corinthians 13:4-8 is scribed in gold on a classic ivory background and reads: "Love is patient, Love is kind. Love bears all things, Believes all things, Hopes all things. Love never ends." The heavy relief ribbon pattern is lavishly highlighted in gold as well and a gold outlined heart pendant (with two more tiny gold hearts inside) hangs top center. There are eight delicate 3D porcelain roses spaced around the perimeter toward the bottom. The backstamp is ornate as well, so please refer to image 4 for specifics. Condition: With the exception of two rose petals being damaged. (image 5) there are no other breaks, chips, cracks, crazing, scratches, stains, repairs, discoloration or other cosmetic issues. The brilliant gold trim is 100% intact and without voids. Even the rough exposed porcelain bottom edge that normally shows some scuffing and/or discoloration remains clean. The backstamp on the bottom is clear, legible and certifies that this is a Limited Edition plate © 2001 listed for trading on the Bradford Exchange. It's not vintage yet, but getting close! The original string hanging tie remains. Please note, the price has been reduced to account for the less than pristine condition.
