See photos for condition - in good shape for age. Hard cover boards have heavy edge bumping/dinging. Corners curled in. Fabric creasing on top/bottom of spine. Surface scratching on fabric. Fabric has some thin white line markings. Ink on fabric fading around corners. Endpaper has some spotting staining. Front hinge feels a tad loose around bottom but endpaper in gutter still well intact. Some pages have corner creasing. Some pages have small chips and rips to edges. Some of the photograph plates have light foxing. Pages toning a bit around edges. Otherwise, overall a very clean copy for age - pages appear clean and clear of highlighting, writing, markings, underlining. Binding good.
