Description: Post WWII Brauer Bros Black Leather Holster H29. Designed to carry High Standard HD or HE with a 6 3/4" barrel and Colt New Woodsman Target pistol. This holster was created around 1958 and is still in serviceable condition. Machined stitched which is complete and tight. The leather has not dried out and the retention straps and snaps are strong and damage free. The Brauer Bros logo on the snaps is a nice touch but the stamp on the back is hard to read. Typical dullness of finish is apparent and some minor surface cracks are visible from ageing . This was considered a Military issue holster and would be an awesome addition to any collection.
