Description: I’m an avid Brentford FC fan (33 years properly but was taken to matches with my dad on occasions prior to that as far back as approx 1979), did the ‘Walk To Wycombe’ to raise money for the club via Bees United in 2003. Now an exiled Bee who travels to most home games and some away. This is my homage to Griffin Park created digitally but by hand using an Apple Pencil and Procreate...the scoreboard reads Brentford FC 5 Sheff Wed 0 which was the last competitive match played at home with fans in attendance. The sun-setting sky represents the fact that our time at our bee-loved GP is coming to an end but there is also a nod to the new stadium. I have deliberately not included any advertising on the image and there is a bumblebee flying from the ground, en route to our new home at Lionel Road. *There are different forms of prints and other merchandise with this design on available via my Redbubble shop (Artist Debbee75) but this is strictly a limited edition of hand signed laser prints on 150 gsm paper including the white surround (so no need to mount) which is A3 size.
