Description: BRITISH SCENERY, PURPLE 10" PL. + GAUDY, 9.25" VINTAGE (2 PLATES) 1-British Scenery, Booths, purple transfer 10" dinner plate: wide crazing, very few faint marks in the well. Rare purple one ? Impressive and attention catching. Very Good Condition. 2-"Oriental Japan" is the pattern of this old gaudy plate. Also incised on the back is"BB New Stone". The stamp is clear but I could not recognize it. The rim trim color is ocher and gilding is replaced by yellow paint. The border is orange and the plate also has flow blue, salmon color and a bird! Just a few short faint marks in the well and pinpoint size specks of color, missing, mostly on the rim ocher trim. Very Good Condition + Thanks for your visit!
