Description: This has so many sparkles,, some of course are missing and I’m sure during shipment some will fall off. I am pretty sure they are called sequins glued on. Some of the sequins are missing and you can see the glue spots but the glue spots reflect light also. Stretchy light weight thin polyester for a nice cool feel and a snug fit. This would be so cute with a navy or black mini skirt but would work with jeans . This smells like the previous owner used scented detergent or fabric softener.
