Simply put your hand/arm down into the lining and slide the lovely red polyester lining down into your completed felt Christmas stocking. Using your hand, smooth the stocking liner toe against your finished stocking and gently pull your hand/arm out of the stocking leaving the lining in place. Place a few straight pens along the top of the lining to hold it in place while you stitch it into you beautiful 18" felt stocking. Use a blanket stitch or applique stitch to attach the lining to the inside of your stocking.
