The cover is in good condition with mild edge wear, mild corner denting. the dust jacket is in fair condition with mild edge wear, small edge tears, flap covering the CD is torn as pictured, it looks like someone tried to remove the CD with the dust jacket in place. The pages are in good condition with very mild yellowing, no tears, or writing that I can see. The boards are secure, the body is solid. The CD has light scuffs and scratches which should not affect play, but I have not tested it. Book measures 9 1/2 inches X 11 1/2 inches, 125 pages I do combine shipping.
