There are times when a sweet or fruity smell remains depending on product that was in the bucket. It is suggested a max of 5 chickens per feeder port. The feeder port color itself may vary, but all are the extended inner port to minimize excess food wasted and minimize rodents from being able to enter the feed bucket through the feeder port (small mice may still be able to get in).
