The base uses the sleek vertical split Buehler or Buehler-made Weatherby system rings that look especially good on these. The Buehler base positions the front ring ahead of the barrel lug instead of on top of it like the Redfield or Leupold base does. Note: This will NOT fit the short actions. Nice condition as shown.
