She completed her Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University in 2016. Her research focuses on Human Resource Development Practices in BHEL. Before devoting her work full-time to LBEF, she served as an Assistant Professor and Guest Faculty in reputed management institutes like Asia Pacific University, Malaysia (Kathmandu Campus), MNNIT Allahabad, etc. In addition, she also served as a project fellow in a major research project funded by UGC in 2011. Her area of research interests is Strategic Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and HR Analytics. She has sixteen-plus publications in national and internationally reputed journals.. Dr. Anurag Singh is currently working as a Senior Assistant Professor in the area of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior with the School of Business, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) Dehradun. Prior to this, he worked with the Institute of Advanced Research, Gandhinagar and Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar Central University, Lucknow.
