Some of the color on the dominoes has worn off as shown in the pictures. The box has many scuffs, seam splits, and other cosmetic wear as shown in the pictures. Please check the listing photos to see the condition of the item you'll receive. There's no date on the box, but the company address doesn't include a 2-digit postal zone, so the dominoes appear to pre-date the US Postal Service's introduction of postal zones in 1943. A picture of statute of liberty is embossed on the reverse side of the dominoes.
