c. 1960s/1970s Pierce-Arrow Spec Concept Drawings

Description: If you are a car person, you're probably aware that Pierce-Arrow went out of business in the 1930s. However, that didn't stop a legion of followers from continuing the brand's legacy. This piece features two concept drawn by Earl J. Cate, Jr. (1939-2013) of Aurora, IL who was a frequent contributor to The Bumper Guardian, a publication by the Classic Car Club of America. The vehicles drawn are two classic Pierce-Arrows updated for the 1960s: the Dual Cowl Phaeton and Town Car. These pieces are in very good condition, however the adhesive used to glue these in place has since lost its adhesion.
