C. Clyde Squires Her Gift Print Mother & Child C. 1909 w/ Small Ornate Frame

Description: Item up for sale is a small antique color print by C. Clyde Squires titled "Her Gift" and depicting a young mother in bed holding her newborn while her Husband is by her side. This piece was found in what we strongly believe to be the original framing. Frame is constructed of wood with an ornate pattern. Wood shows some light finish wear to the gold tone paint with patina throughout consistent with age. Wood shows no cracks or breaks. Glass shows some soiling in the corners and could use a detail cleaning with glass exhibiting no cracks or breaks. Paper over the back shows it originated in Baltimore, MD with paper showing notable wear and tear. Hanging wire is in place. Artwork measures 3-1/2" by 5-1/2" wide. Frame as a whole measures 6-1/4" top to bottom by 4-1/4" wide by 0-5/8" in depth. Absolutely amazing print and frame that comes fresh to the market. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
