Description: Miniature engraving believed to be from Peacocks Polite Repository, mounted on card.these have all been removed from the Repositery at some point I'm unable to ascertain from which volume but earliest will be 1790. Up until 1808 the engravings were by John Peltro, with Humphrey Repton providing the landscapes. Each month would have an illustration as it's header, and I believe there was a slightly larger item on the inside at the front of the book. I've never seen a copy myself and only have the engravings.
