Description: 1885 or so 2 cent banknote cover from Greensburgh LA to Grangeville. Could be 1883 (in which case it'd be the first few days after the date change) but the last digit of the year isn't quite clear. Saint Helena parish, 1833-1895, then the "h" was dropped at the end.
