Description: Circa 1900 mostly finished needlepoint canvas with a floral design stitched with wool yarn and accents of a shiny silk thread. The circular area is about 14" across and the entire piece of canvas is about 23" square. The design is worked in cross stitches and the deep red background is tent or half cross stitches. Background has been left unfinished and there is no additional yarn included. In generally good condition, with numerous missing stitches. From a smoke-free home. Just one of a number of needlework item currently listed. I'm happy to combine purchases for a better shipping rate whenever possible.
