Description: Here is a pocket booklet from the City of Aberdeen Washington, it's Charter adopted December 7th 1929. The best I can tell is it's from the early 1950s as the last revision to the charter is from 1950 in here. Looks like someone wanted to run for city council as some of the pages have underlining looking to do with running for office. Some cover wear as well.
