We have been selling country primitive home decor online since late 2009! We are an authorized dealer of all the brands we carry. Most orders ship within 3 business days after your order is placed. Should there be a delay we will contact you via Ebay messages. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number. We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS. Shipping carrier is based on package size, weight and destination. If you use a PO Box, please also include a street address as well for possible delivery via UPS or FedEx. Ebay provides you with an estimated delivery time before you place your order. We do our best to see to it you receive your order within that timeframe. However, once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we have zero control. Please note that shipping can take longer than estimated during busy times such as Christmas. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Returns will be accepted for 14 days from the date of shipment. You will need to wait for Return Authorization before shipping your order back.
