The bill is black on top and green on the underside. This hat is really nice and would make an amazing addition to a collection or make a great gift. The price of the hat is based on the rarity it is to find, I was not able to find another one like it on line or with such quality and so much embroidery. This hat is rich and is very cool as well as being a full material hat, no mesh, all material all the way around.
