Description: This is not a large booklet, but it is interesting because it is just a collection of black and white photos of a U.S. Army unit on a field exercise near then Camp McCoy in Wisconsin, in 1943, in training while WW2 is ongoing. This book came from a retired U.S. Army Colonel. He was an avid collector and historian of guns, knives, bayonets, other military items and beyond. He had a large reference library - the best collectors always do. Booklet was prepared by the 654th Engineer Battalion. This listing is for one original, complete softcover book. Free shipping to any of the 50 U.S. states. Title of booklet is BIVOUAC. Photos are of the 654th Engineer Topographic Battalion. One funny thing - they describe the length of the field problem as a "fortnight". Very good condition overall. No interior markings. No torn pages. No library markings. Binding sound. All text and photos clear. Covers very decent. See photos please. Returns accepted with full refund if you are not satisfied. (You would need to pay return shipping.) Sorry, no sales to Canada or anywhere other than 50 U.S. states. Books will be well packaged and shipped at my cost. If you visit someone, and you see no books in their house - Run Away! Run Away!
