This sign was definitely one of the first erected when the street was built as Lakewood was carved out of the farmland starting in the 30's and on thru the 50's which is when these signs were in use. Making it very old, highly collectable and rare! See picture as they are the description for the sign. Rust, scratches, dent, fading and the such are all part of this sign and its history.
