Description: This bone handled fan has leaf made of tape lace and a Point de Gaze type lace.I'm not sure if the Point de Gaze is machine made, or hand done. The guards have floral designs highlighted with a gold wash.It's 8 1/2" long, measured at the side, 15" across the top when opened.In very good condition, with some light discoloration, a few darker spots at the center near the top. I don't see any breaks, and it's from the late 19th or early 20th century.
