Description: Vintage Case XX USA boot knife/ pig sticker high carbon steel combat knife. Tang stamp dates it from 1940-1960 but the lack of any frame number on the back tang dates it closer to 1940. The blade is full of scratches and the handle has a few marks on it too. The handles marks could be easily sanded out. The handles looks like walnut. The sheath looks original and has a nice dark patina. The over all lenght of the knife is 10 3/4 " with a 6" blade. You can tell by the way it is made it was made to use not collect. Rare old original Case Combat knife.
