There is a picture of Jesus Christ on the front cover which sits in a carved wooden frame with gold accents. There is a hook at the top that keeps the box closed and a metal loop to hang on the wall. Looks like a piece of art when hanging on the wall. Not sure if there are any missing pieces, the candles are unused.
