This insert is made by customcargrills and is ready to be installed right out of the box. This grill comes in Gloss Black Powder coat. Place one bid for one kit that includes the pre-cut grill insert and mounting hardware. This is not a universal kit, our grills come pre-made and ready for installation! With this pre-cut grill there is: - No Cutting needed - No Drilling needed If you are unsure if this works for your vehicle please look at your current grill and front end. Sometimes there are different models other than the one shown that have slight variations, which will prevent proper fit or installation. If your front end looks identical to the one pictured, then it will work and once installed the grill insert will fit the same as pictured. Otherwise we may have your specific model in one of our other auctions. These are cut out using a CNC Plasma cutter, so the cutting is consistent time after time and the product you see in the auction is cut to the exact size of the grill you will receive. If we do not have an auction for your specific grill you can make one yourself with one of my universal kits. These grills are designed & assembled in Michigan, U.S.A. Item Installation To install these, the factory grill will need to be removed in order to gain access to behind the grill. Supplies that will help the installation that are NOT included are a flat head screwdriver, wire cutters, a drill, a Dremel or power tool with a cutting wheel, as well as some adhesive. Once the factory grill is removed, you'll need to seperate the plastic part from the bumper shell. Then using the cutting wheel, you will need to remove the slats in the grill openings from the plastic part of the bumper. Next you will want to drill a small hole towards the top and bottom in the vertical bars between the grill openings. Using the supplies screws, secure the mounting pads where you drilled the holes. Next, you will want to flip the part over and cut off any part of the screw that is sticking through. You will want to reinforce the screws and mounting pads with adhesive. Then run the ties through the bases and loosely fasten the mesh on. Once the mesh is in place, carefully tighten them down and trim the excess. Lastly, re-attach the plastic part back into the shell and re-install the newly modified factory grill back onto your vehicle and you're all done.
