It is virtually damage-free with only a very minor roughness around the edge that I actually believe is just mold-flashing, not damage. Also has a somewhat rope-like braid above a Daisy Center, and the frosted area has a swirled pattern as well. No chains included, but MOST of the BETTER Hardware stores stock the large-ball chain in bulk And they are also offered on Ebay.
