Description: Very early quartz Certina DS watch. No band (but 20 mm). I can add a leather band if you pay me $10 or possibly find a metal one if you like, but you will be the better judge of what you like so probably easier for you to pick out something on your own. The original quartz movement was not working and has been replaced with a modern (chinese) quartz movement that works fine. This means that the double seal around the crown is no longer entact (single seal only). Water tightness has not been verified. I do not recommend swimming or showering with this. But on the other hand, a cool example of a early quartz design. The watch is relatively large/heavy/manly whatever you want to call it (1.9 oz). l Measures 38.67 mm across and 12.03 mm thick. Priced to sell.
