Will accommodate anyone whose head is between 21.25 – 23.5 inches in circumference. On my 24" head and big nose it's a bit tight but still very fun to wear. The lower jaw moves with your face, and it's not difficult to put on and off your face with the right technique. If you've never seen a high quality silicone mask, you'll be shocked at how much better they are compared to latex. They're hand made and hand painted so that's why they're expensive. It moves with your face, instead of flapping around on top of it. The neck and shoulders are part of it which really adds to the realism.
