Description: Charles Allerton Little Mae With Dog Green Transferware Child's Cup & Saucer C Antique earthenware child's cup and saucer decorated in the No 766 "Little Mae With Dog" pattern in green or dark teal transfer. Marked on the reverse C. A. & Sons No 7676 RdNo 69456 England. The pattern was registered in 1887. Has crazing typical of earthenware, and some staining, and a small in manufacture firing separation extending off the front edge of the saucer with an associated hairline on the back edge, but otherwise good condition. The cup measures approximately 3 1/4 inches wide including the handle x 2 inches tall. The saucer measures approximately 4 1/2 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece. IW IX
