Description: Beautiful copy of the 1984 Fantasy blue-label repressing of the famed Bird on 52nd Street LP featuring Charlie Parker's quintet with Miles Davis and Max Roach. Recorded in 1948 at the end of the Bop era, these are among the best recordings of what Parker was really capable of. Not the best fidelity but thoroughly enjoyable. Anyhow this is a great copy. The disc has maybe one or two very light superficial sleeve scuffs but plays mint. The cover has a bit of very light ringwear and some light overall wear, with a couple of minor corner creases at the top. Not bad at all. This is a beautiful copy of this historic masterwork.
