Description: For sale is a 45 RPM vinyl single from Cherrelle titled "Affair" b/w "New Love", originally released in 1989 by Tabu Records. I bought this used and immediately put it into an archival inner sleeve, then into a storage box for seven inch 45 RPM vinyl records, that was kept under optimum conditions for both temperature and humidity until today. The original inner sleeve is Near Mint. In the dead wax between the labels and the last tracks is etched "G1", along with "TR", followed by the matrix numbers 1-A/1-B, indicating that the record was mastered at Trutone mastering of Hackensack, New Jersey, before early stampers were used to make this record at Columbia Records' pressing plant, located in Carrollton. Georgia. These are hallmarks of state-of-the-art engineering, sought after by collectors and music lovers for their superior sound qualities. The vinyl is visually graded as Near Mint. You would be hard pressed to find a copy of this record in any condition, especially a Carrollton pressing. This would be a welcome addition to anyone's collection.
