Natural occurrences in teak wood, such as small cracks (checking), teak oil secretions, grain lifting, and changes in wood color due to weathering or sunlight, are normal and not covered by warranty. Fabrics: 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. Does not cover damage caused by fading, stretching, excessive soiling, improper cleaning, or chemical treatments. Umbrellas & Umbrella Bases: 1-Year Limited Warranty against splitting, rusting, and other manufacturing defects. Exclusions The warranty is void if damage results from: Freight or shipping damage. Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper care and maintenance. Acts of God (e.g., storms, earthquakes, hurricanes). Freeze damage, mildew, or other environmental conditions.
