Description: This Shop Line Kit will replace part of your exhaust system with a mandrel bend performance dual exhaust system on your 1963-1972 Chevrolet C10, C20, C30 GMC 1000, 1500, 2500 (1/2, 3/4, 1-ton) application.All Wheel Bases. 2WD only. 8 cyl (needs two intermediatepipes on either side of the motor). Our Kits will give your truck the look, sound and performance you have been searching for!! This side exit kit will come out under the bed side behind the rear tires on each side of the truck. 9 2.5 inch saddle clamps and 4 insulated rubber hangers This kit has the standard size 2.5 inch O.D. tail pipes are included. Higher flowing and longer lasting mandrel bend pipe is included. The Slash Cut weld on tips are powder coated stainless steel 18" long and 3.5" round . They require a standard wire feed mig welder with regular mild steel wire. A special welder is not required. Two Flowmaster Flow FX mufflers are included.Flowmaster's FlowFX series mufflers deliver a moderate performance tone for the enthusiast looking for an exhaust note that is different from the "chambered" muffler sound. The interior features a large 3.00-inch "straight-through" stainless steel perforated core, surrounded with high-temperature sound absorption materials delivering a deep traditional mellow tone. The internal flow design is reversible, so the muffler can be installed in either direction to best suit the vehicle application and offsets needed. Features include fully MIG-welded "bright" 409 stainless steel construction with the FlowFX logo embossed on both sides of the case. If your exhaust has been replaced or modified previously fabrication to the existing exhaust on your truck may be necessary for the proper installation of our kit. Trucks with modified suspension or body lifts may also require fabrication of the exhaust or truck for the proper installation of our kit.
