Heralds are advertising flyers that are typically placed at theaters, and sometimes included in Playbills and Programs. This single sheet, double sided herald is for Bob Fosse's "Chicago", featuring Gwen Verdon, Chita Rivera, Jerry Orbach, Barney Martin, Mary McCarty, M. O'Haughey and David Rounds (whose role was cut during previews), and opening at the 46th Street Theatre, in New York City, in 1975. The souvenir herald is in great, vintage condition, with no rips, tears, writing or damage, and minimal soiling and wear. However, there are diagonal creases at both the top right and bottom left corners, as well as some creasing along the left edge.
