Description: I was part of the initial team that went to China on behalf of EMD to secure the bid for the 6000 hp EMD H engine. I represented Purchasing and spent quite a bit of time looking for local suppliers that could manufacture our products. This was prior to General Motors selling the company so if memory serves me, probably around 2007. EMD eventually won the bid and Dalian Locomotive Works built the locomotives utilizing the EMD engine. They were granted permission to eventually manufacture the engine entirely in China. DVD was been opened but I don't remember ever playing it. Can't be a lot of these in the USA. I will ship this USPS
